Detroit, Michigan!
"The D", better known as "The Motor City". Born in 1993, of April, this was the first place I called home. Growing up in metro Detroit, My mother and siblings were my biggest inspirations. I loved everything about them. howthey walked, talked, danced, even the way they dressed. Being the youngest out of 6 kids doesnt give you any credibility with the older siblings. I just observed, kept quiet and went through the trials and tribilations of being yongest. Last to the car, not allowed to go with them, no say-so with TV or video games, but I was first in my moms heart. So the incentives that came with that were well worth. If you were last born, im sure you understadn the bitter switterness of being picked on but youre mother always coming to the rescue. Until she goes to work, which meant, find my sisters. As time went on, we moved a couple houses. After, gaining many friends and having cousins my age around to play with. I came home to the worst news ever as a child, besides, "youre grounded" my dad said,"We're moving! to Warren, Michigan. Which, at the time, seemed like mars. I was sad. My dad sweetend the deal with a trampoline in the backyard. So i packed really fast.Warren, Michigan!
Very new surroundings for me, the "suburbs" is what my family called it, 11 mile and hoover. I had never been this far past gratiot or to be honest, my neighborhood area. I had to quickly adapt as I knew no one and for some odd reason, there were ZERO! kids in my new neighborhood. I'd later come to find out, it was a tpyically "older generation neighborhood" It was during the late summer almost fall so no time to make friends but i did explore. I would attend, Westwood Elementary! where my name gained me some popularity. No one believed it at first, until class roll calls. side note: I used be embarassed and tell people my mame was something different but Elementary is where I met a host of people who I'd go on through most of my school years with. Its now 2008, Middle school is upon us and im nervous. Throughtout those 6-8th grade years, I'd develop pretty good jumpshot, Good running back for the football team, this is also where Id argue anyone in the world that Lebron James was the greatest and to everyones suprised,...(drum roll).. a girfrriend. Later on, Warren Woods Tower would be where I graduated higschool in 2012,(I'm old). My adult years would be spent in Macomb Community College, Lawrence Technological University and back and forth between sales jobs every couple years.What I picked up is a joy for learning, and love for the professors who are passioante and love teaching.
